At Custom Concepts Off Road, we design and build aluminium trays, canopies, modules, boat mods, and custom fabrications that work as hard as you do. Proudly built in Brisbane, our mission is simple - to create gear that’s tough, functional, and built to last in real Australian conditions.

Custom Concepts Off Road (formerly Custom Concepts NT) was founded by Jai in 2014 as a one-man operation building custom trays and boat modifications from a small Darwin workshop. What began as a passion for aluminium fabrication and a frustration with one-size-fits-all solutions quickly grew into a trusted name in trays, canopies, modules, boats, and custom aluminium fabrication.
Over the years, Jai’s background in marine and automotive work shaped the business into what it is today - a workshop built on real-world experience, precision craftsmanship, and a genuine commitment to quality.
Now based in Coopers Plains, Brisbane, after more than a decade of steady growth and success, Custom Concepts remains a family-run business built on values of honesty, reliability, and hard work. Every build is designed and fabricated in-house using Australian materials, combining practical design with proven strength.
